Petit Four Workshop
In this 5.5 hours hands on workshop you will learn how to make 4 petit fours perfect for any occasion. You'll make:
- Choux buns with chocolate ganache/chantilly cream filling
- Vanilla sponge with glaze
- Viennese fingers with chocolate and coconut
- Mini lemon tarts
The price is £115 per person and all equipment, materials and ingredients are included. All you need to bring is something to take these delicious treats home in.
