For Children

It's always fun to see children having fun, and they will do just that at one of our parties. For a hassle free birthday party or to mark an occasion, Essence of Cake can host a cupcake decorating party at your home.

The children will learn lots of new decorating skills that they will be able to use time and time again, and will have lots of fun too! For a little extra fun, you can add 'baking' to your package, and the children can mix and bake the cupcakes they will be decorating!

We provide everything for your party, the aprons, cupcakes, buttercream/fondant, decorating tools and any extras that are needed for the day to ensure the children get involved and excited about baking and cake decorating. Minimum age is 3. We are DBS checked.

We have two packages available:

Decorating Party

£20 per child (min of 4 children)
Cupcake designs created around your theme
2 cupcakes to decorate
Approximately 1 hour

Bake & Decorate Party

£25 per child (min of 6 children)
Mix cupcakes from scratch
Cupcake designs created around your theme
2 cupcakes to decorate
Approximately 1.5 hours

If you using an alternative location to our venue, there must be oven/cleaning facilities available.

Food Package

You can also add a food bolt-on to the package which includes a choice of sandwiches, crisps, fruit and a drink for just £10.00 per child. Extra time, approximately 45 minutes, is added to the party to accommodate food or can be left as a packed lunch. If this is at an Essence of Cake venue, there is an additional cost.

Payment

We accept payment by credit and debit cards, bank transfer and via PayPal.
A 50% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure your required date, with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to your booking date.
