Wilton Classes Cancellation Policy
Class cancellation by Essence of Cake:
Essence of Cake (EoC) holds the right to cancel or change dates of courses, and this unlikely event, you will be offered alternative dates. If none of the scheduled dates are convenient for you, a full refund will be offered.
Class cancellation due to bad weather conditions:
EoC will make the decision to cancel the class if safe access to the venue is not possible. You will be offered an alternative date and if none of the scheduled dates are not convenient for you, a full refund will be offered.
If you wish to cancel your booking:
EoC has a ‘no refund’ policy if you are unable to attend or wish to cancel your booking.
